Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Select international countries (depending on availability at checkout)

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
